Meetings
The Annual General Meeting of the Morgan Horse Club of Nova Scotia took place on February 20, 2010.
In addition to the business meeting and the presentation of Awards everyone also enjoyed a home cooked pork dinner with all of the trimmings.
Our guest speaker was Frazer Hunter who emigrated from Scotland to Canada in 1978 and since then has been actively involved in the field of agriculture from farming to serving on various agricultural boards as Director and President.
The topic of his address was “Don’t Whine – Shine”. He entertained everyone with the research he had done into both the Morgan breed and the individual horses owned by Club members. He was impressed with our many accomplishments and encouraged us to get our message out to the wider community.
